SCN Solutions has been in business since March of 2003. We have been providing network support and Managed IT Services for over ten years. We are based in center city Philadelphia area and our services extend to Northern New Jersey and Delaware. We are technical consultants hired to plan, design and manage your network infrastructure, servers and PC's. Collectively our staff is A+, Microsoft, Oracle and Webmaster certified. We are an accredited member of the BBB, and are licensed and insured.
We provide a list of well-defined services and tasks on an ongoing basis with specific response times and resolutions. Normal managed services include 24/7 monitoring, 8 - 6 phone help-desk support for day-to-day IT problems. Customers receive phone, remote and onsite support for a flat fee monthly or annually.
Our Principal, Michael Morsby, has been in the field of information technology of 14 years. His IT career started with the enlistment in the United States Marine Corps (U.S.M.C.) working on Unix systems. Before the incorporation of SCN Solutions Inc., he received his bachelors degree and his first IT employment, from Ursinus College. Shortly after, Michael was employed in the private sector for 4 years gaining IT experience working for three private IT consulting companies. Project management, and network administration were but a few of his assigned responsibilities.
