All support can be provided on an SLA, or Service Level Agreements basis. It reserves a set number of hours per month for SCN Solutions engineers to come on-site and perform tasks you specify in our agreement and weekly work load.

SLA customers get priority response for all service requests. A key added benefit is having a better price tier than any other customer. SLA customers save over $57 per hour as opposed to our pay-as-go business customers. Also SLA customers receive additional free hours as a bonus every month.
